Q: Do I need experience? A: No, there is something beginner friendly for every body out there & you can switch after starting too!
Q: Do I need a gym? A: Yes! In order to progress and reach your goals you will need new challenges. You are very limited with body weight only plans so beware of that red flag!
Q: Can I cancel? A: Yes! For monthly rolling subscriptions you can cancel any time with just 30 days written notice to Coach Sean by email
Q: What's the difference between Online Training Plans & Online Coaching? A: Online Training Plans are immediate starts with minimal admin & minimal ongoing engagement - Online Coaching is bespoke Training & Lifestyle Coaching with regular check ins.
